"My information doesn't match" Make sure you're entering your name, Member ID, and zip code exactly as they appear on file with your health plan. Even a small difference (like a nickname vs. your legal name) can prevent registration. If you're not sure what's on file, submit a request and we can verify it for you.
"I already have an account" If you've already registered, you don't need to register again. Go to bcbsazflex.com and click "Sign In" instead. If you can't remember your password, click "Forgot your password" and a reset link will be sent to your email.
"I'm getting an error when I try to register" This can happen if your eligibility information hasn't been fully processed in our system yet. If you recently enrolled or changed plans, it may take a few business days for your information to come through. If the issue continues, submit a request and we'll check your eligibility status and help you get registered.
"My spouse and I want to use the same email" Each member must use a separate email address for privacy and technical reasons. If you need help setting up a free email account, our team can walk you through it - submit a follow up request.
