Your member portal is where you can check your balance, place orders, find approved stores, and manage your benefits. Here's how to get set up.
Already registered? If you registered for the portal last year, you don't need to register again -- your existing login still works. Just go to bcbsazflex.com and sign in with your email and password.
What You'll Need
Before you start, have the following ready:

Your full Member ID - this is printed on your BCBS-AZ insurance card and starts with the letters MZHHC followed by numbers (for example, MZHHC1234567).
- Be sure to include the letters, ALL uppercase.

Your first and last name - exactly as it appears on file with your health plan. If you're not sure, try all uppercase or all lowercase, as well as, standard capitalization
- Try - JANE DOE or jane doe or Jane Doe
- Your zip code - the one associated with your address on file.
- An email address - each member needs their own email. Two accounts cannot share the same email address. See How to Create an Email Address.
Step-by-Step Registration
- Open your web browser and go to bcbsazflex.com.
- Click "Register" on the sign-in page.
- Enter your full Member ID (including the MZHHC letters).
- Enter your first name, last name, and zip code.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Click Submit to complete your registration.
Once registered, you can log in anytime using your email and password.
Common Registration Issues
"My information doesn't match" Make sure you're entering your name, Member ID, and zip code exactly as they appear on file with your health plan. Even a small difference (like a nickname vs. your legal name, or try all uppercase or lowercase vs. standard capitalization) can prevent registration. If you're not sure what's on file, submit a request and we can verify it for you.
"I already have an account" If you've already registered, you don't need to register again. Go to bcbsazflex.com and click "Sign In" instead. If you can't remember your password, click "Forgot your password" and a reset link will be sent to your email.
"I'm getting an error when I try to register" This can happen if your eligibility information hasn't been fully processed in our system yet. If you recently enrolled or changed plans, it may take a few business days for your information to come through. If the issue continues, submit a request and we'll check your eligibility status and help you get registered.
"My spouse and I want to use the same email" Each member must use a separate email address for privacy and technical reasons. If you need help setting up a free email account, submit a request and our team can walk you through it over the phone.
After You're Registered
Once you're logged in, you can:
- Check your balance - click "Shop" to see your most up-to-date wallet balances.
- Browse the marketplace - search for products and place orders for home delivery.
- Find approved stores - use the store locator to find retailers near you.
- Scan products - use the product scanner to check if an item is eligible before you buy it at the store.
- View your order history - see past orders and their status.
Create a Shortcut on Your Phone
There isn't a dedicated app, but you can add a shortcut to your phone's home screen so the portal works just like one:
iPhone: Open Safari, go to bcbsazflex.com, tap the Share icon (square with an arrow), and select "Add to Home Screen."
Android: Open Chrome, go to bcbsazflex.com, tap the three-dot menu, and select "Add to Home Screen."
