Step-by-Step Registration

  1. Open your web browser and go to bcbsazflex.com.
  2. Click "Register" on the sign-in page.
  3. Enter your full Member ID (including the MZHHC letters).
  4. Enter your first name, last name, and zip code.
  5. Enter your email address and create a password.
  6. Click Submit to complete your registration.

Once registered, you can log in anytime using your email and password.
